    Drink hem nu. Het wijnhuis La Bollina ligt in de Alto Monferrato, Piemonte, meer bepaald in Serravalle Scrivia, een stadje met 7.000 inwoners, 20 kilometer ten zuidoosten van Alessandria. Het 120 hectare grote landgoed wordt al eeuwenlang gebruikt door de markiezen Figari van Genua en omvat naast de 28 hectare wijngaarden ook een viersterrenhotel, een conferentiecentrum en een golfbaan, omgeven door een groot kastanjebos.

    De Tinetta Monferrato Chiaretto komt uit het historische gebied van Gavi DOCG, en is gemaakt van 100% Nebbiolo-druiven uit Alto Monferrato. Hij wordt gevinifieerd in staal, wat de delicatesse van de druif versterkt, die gevierd wordt in alle typische frisheid van de rosé.

    De wijn heeft een heldere koraalkleur en ademt aroma's uit van witte bloemen en rozen, aardbeien en kersen, aalbessen en perziken. Deze zuivere Nebbiolo Chiaretto is even fris en knapperig in de mond als rond en elegant. De koude gisting zorgt voor sappig en levendig fruit. Hij is lekker zowel op zichzelf, misschien op een terras in de zon, als bij het eten. Hij past bijzonder goed bij een lichte zomerse keuken, bij voorgerechten en zelfs bij pizza.
