De wijn is top.Wordt gebracht aan huis door UPS ,niet dus ! De firma heeft alleen standaard zinnetjes in huis zodat het probleem ook door hen niet opgelost wordt

Over het algemeen een prettige ervaring, maar... - de levering wordt vaak uitgesteld en de wijnen komen te laat aan - ik had een probleem met een promotiecode die jullie me gaven, ik kon hem niet verzilveren en jullie boden me geen andere aan nadat ik geklaagd had - bij mijn laatste bestelling ontving ik een geoxideerde wijn (zie de bijgevoegde foto - de kurk was in de wijn gezakt) en ik weet niet hoe ik een vervangende wijn kan krijgen (in een gewone wijnwinkel retourneer je gewoon de gekurkte/geoxideerde wijn en krijg je een andere ter vervanging) Verder een prettige ervaring en ik zal zeker weer bestellen, want jullie hebben een hele mooie collectie wijnen.
