    Angeline Vineyards is een Californisch wijnhuis dat ongeveer 30 jaar geleden werd opgericht vanuit het zusterbedrijf Martin Ray Winery. Het bedrijf, dat gecertificeerd is als duurzaam, produceert wijnen van uitstekende kwaliteit en met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, waarbij druiven worden gebruikt die zijn geselecteerd uit wijngaarden in verschillende regio's van Californië, om een volledige expressie van de druivensoort te garanderen.

    De druiven voor deze Cabernet Sauvignon komen uit verschillende gebieden van Californië, van de Sonoma Valley tot het uiterste zuiden van Monterey en Paso Robles, om een evenwichtige en elegante wijn te produceren. De oogst vindt op verschillende tijdstippen plaats, afhankelijk van het gebied en het microklimaat, maar altijd 's nachts om maximale versheid en gezondheid van de druiven te garanderen. De verschillende partijen worden vervolgens apart verwerkt, zowel in de persfase, de fermentatiefase en tot slot de rijpingsfase die 12 maanden duurt.

    Angeline Cabernet Sauvignon is een makkelijk te benaderen en zeer zachte wijn. Het aromaprofiel is intens, breed en boeiend met tonen van bosbessen en kersen en vervolgens zoete specerijen, groene thee en viooltjes. In de mond is hij rond en vol. De tannines zijn goed geïntegreerd en de afdronk is lang en sappig en herinnert aan geroosterde tonen. De perfecte wijn voor bij de barbecue of een gegrilde steak.
