    Laat tot 10 jaar in de koelkast staan. Decanteren is optioneel, tot 30 minuten voor het serveren.

    Dit is een lichte en levendige indruk van de Bourgogne, zowel qua kleur als smaak. In de neus zit hij boordevol geuren van rijpe framboos, granaatappelpitjes, aardbei en aarde, met een vleugje mineraliteit op de achtergrond. Hij is geoogst op toplocaties in de Côtes de Nuits, waarschijnlijk de beste regio voor Pinot Noir ter wereld.

    Domaine Arlaud strekt zich uit over Morey-Saint-Denis en Gevrey-Chambertin in het hart van de Bourgogne. Het is een familiedomein dat in 2013 werd geërfd door de derde generatie wijnbouwer Cyprien Arlaud. Met de hulp van een klein team maakt hij verbluffend zuivere Pinot Noir geoogst van 15 hectare wijngaarden, waaronder 4 Grand Cru percelen.

    Hautes Cotes de Nuits is heerlijk fris en speels in de mond, met zeer subtiele, fijnkorrelige tannines en een verhoogde zuurgraad die zorgt voor een tactiel mondgevoel. Aroma's van cranberry en wilde haagvruchten omhullen de tong, samen met umami-toetsen van bosgrond en paddenstoelen. Op de afdronk schemert een scala aan bakkruiden door, waardoor je naar meer verlangt. Dit is een goed afgeronde wijn, perfect om te combineren met gebraden kip, risotto met paddenstoelen of belegen kaas.
