    Het historische landgoed Agrapart werd in 1894 gesticht door Arthur Agrapart en wordt tot op de dag van vandaag door de familie beheerd. De huidige eigenaren zijn Pascal Agrapart en zijn broer Fabrice, die sinds hun overname in 1984 de invloed van het terroir in hun wijnen benadrukken en in harmonie met de natuur werken. In de wijngaard vermijdt de familie het gebruik van chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen en herbiciden en ze voeren alle fermentaties uit met natuurlijke gisten.

    De Agraparts bezitten in totaal 62 percelen wijngaarden, voornamelijk gelegen in de grand cru-dorpen Avize, Cramant, Oiry en Oger. Hun 7 Crus is een weelderige uitdrukking van zeven verschillende dorpen; Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry, Avenay Val d'Or, Bergères-les-Vertus en Mardeuil. Deze champagne wordt meestal samengesteld uit wijnen van twee verschillende jaargangen en de helft van de oudere jaargang wordt gerijpt op eikenhout om complexiteit en rijkdom toe te voegen.

    Het resultaat is een heerlijk complexe champagne die sprankelt van frisse citrus en groene appel, samen met knisperende zuren. In de mond is de mousse zacht en delicaat en de smaken zijn een perfecte balans van heldere citrus en geroosterde tonen van de eikenhouten rijping.
