De familie Agrapart maakt Champagne op hun landgoed in Avize in het hart van de Cote de Blancs sinds 1894, toen het huis werd opgericht door Arthur Agrapart. Tegenwoordig wordt het domein gerund door twee broers, Pascal en Fabrice Agrapart, die het in 1984 overnamen.

Het duo heeft zich ingezet om van Agrapart een van de beste Champagnes van telers te maken. Een kernonderdeel van hun filosofie is duurzame landbouw en een lichte aanpak, waaronder het gebruik van een paard in de wijngaarden en wilde gisten om de gisting te vergemakkelijken.
