    Het aankoopproces en de productkeuze zijn goed, maar de bezorgservice met UPS is ellendig. Ik zal helaas niet meer kopen vanwege de bezorging door UPS die zich nooit aan datum/tijd houdt en een vals excuus geeft dat ze afwezig zijn terwijl ik er was en een vrije dag heb genomen om er te zijn.

    Gelegen in het dorp Berbuki in de Kartli wijnregio in oost-centraal Georgië, werd Agidela Winery opgericht door wijnmakers Lasha Chkuaseli en Eli Tsiskarishvili om heerlijke wijnen te produceren van inheemse en internationale druiven. Het bedrijf koopt de meeste druiven van lokale wijnmakers, maar heeft onlangs een wijngaard gekocht die naar verwachting in 2025 in productie zal gaan.

    Sinds de oprichting is het bedrijf snel gegroeid en in 2023 begon het met de productie van Pet Nat mousserende wijn. Deze heerlijke bubbels worden gemaakt van een blend van Moscato Bianco, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco en Ugni Blanc. De druiven komen uit de gebieden Kartli, Mtskheta en Jighaura.

    Pet Nat van het Agidela wijnhuis heeft een schitterende kleur met strogele tinten en een fijn en delicaat perlage. In de neus onthult het een aromatisch karakter en intense aroma's van kiwi, meloen en ander tropisch fruit, witte bloemen en aromatische kruiden. In de mond is hij fris en levendig, licht en delicaat. Hij heeft een evenwichtige en goed geïntegreerde zuurgraad. De afdronk is delicaat en doet denken aan tonen van zoet fruit. Het is ideaal als zomers aperitief, maar het is ook heel veelzijdig in combinatie met eten. Het gaat goed samen met vegetarische recepten, vis en zeevruchten voorgerechten.
