    Dit is een van de beste en meest emblematische Sauvignon Blanc wijnen van Nieuw-Zeeland. Hij barst van de aroma's van intense citrus, gemalen kruiden en sappig tropisch fruit.     Kim Crawford werd in 1996 opgericht in een klein huisje aan de rand van Auckland. In 2000 begonnen de oprichters in Marlborough, de grootste wijnregio van Nieuw-Zeeland en de thuisbasis van Kim Crawfords hypermoderne wijnmakerij. "Focus op smaak" is het motto van het wijnhuis en dat is zeker terug te zien in hun assortiment heerlijke koelklimaatwijnen, onder leiding van hoofdwijnmaker Dave Edmonds.

    Sauvignon Blanc is het hoofdbestanddeel van Kim Crawford. Het is een frisse, levendige wijn met een verrassende dichtheid in de mond. Rijpe tonen van meloen, passievrucht, kruisbes en grapefruit exploderen op de tong, met een intense onderstroom van zuren. In de aanhoudende afdronk ontdek je ook hints van verse kruiden en mineraliteit. Het is een diep bevredigende ervaring en een uitstekende wijn om te combineren met eten. Combineer hem met oesters, witte vis of een zomerse salade.
