UPS was verschrikkelijk. Eerst gaven ze de verwachte bezorgdatum door, en daarna lieten ze mijn vrouw de hele dag wachten om uiteindelijk zonder enige waarschuwing (!) niet te bezorgen. Pas de volgende ochtend lieten ze weten dat de verwachte bezorgdatum was gewijzigd (!) en deze keer ging het wel goed. De hele dag verspild, geen mogelijkheid om de koerier te bellen. Vreselijke ervaring! Arrogante klootzakken.
