    De Blanco Legitimo van Durigutti Winery is prachtig lichtgroen en goud, met een bouquet van verse kruiden en rijp citrusfruit. Het is een fascinerende blend van witte druiven, allemaal geoogst van dezelfde wijngaard in Mendoza, Argentinië. Let op de gedroogde fruittonen van de Pedro Ximénez druif, de zilte kwaliteit van Palomino, de gemberkruiden van Chenin Blanc en nog veel meer.

    Durigutti Family Winemakers begon in 2002 als een klein familieproject onder leiding van twee broers, Hector en Pablo Durigutti. Het hoofdkantoor van de wijnmakerij staat in Las Compuertas, maar de druiven voor deze wijn zijn geoogst in Rivadavia in het noorden van Mendoza, waar de wijngaarden groeien op zandgrond.

    Blanco Legitimo begint met een dik, medium-bodied mondgevoel, verkregen door de gisting in eivormige betonnen vaten gedurende 4 maanden. In de mond vind je rijke smaken van appelschil, peer, grapefruit en sinaasappel, maar ook meer tropische tonen van banaan. De afdronk brengt een injectie van groene kruiden en de hele ervaring wordt voortgestuwd door een frisse zuurgraad. Deze wijn kan het best licht gekoeld geserveerd worden bij zachte kaas, geroosterde kip of een grote variëteit aan zeevruchten.
