    Tot 10 jaar bewaren. De sprankelende aroma's van citroen, peer, limoen en groene appel zijn verfrissend voor je smaakpapillen! Zijn knapperige, droge en verkwikkende smaak geeft een rustgevend, onweerstaanbaar gevoel. Deze zeldzame wijn, afkomstig uit het noorden van Bordeaux en specifiek uit de appellation Pessac Leognan, heeft wereldwijd een groot aantal klanten vergaard.

    Gelegen in het dorp Cadaujac, Chateau Lamothe, bestaat Bouscaut al sinds de 12e eeuw. In 1999 verwierf Chateau Bouscaut de 9 hectare wijngaarden van Laurent Cogombles en Sophie Lurton - zij hebben aanzienlijke inspanningen geleverd om de smaakconsistentie in alle kelders te handhaven. De wijngaarden bestaan voornamelijk uit Sauvignon Blanc en Cabernet Sauvignon.

    Chateau Bouscaut Blanc is verpakt in brutale flessen die elegantie en klasse uitstralen en die voelbare levendigheid aan je dinertafel douchen. De trossen semillon- en sauvignon blanc-druiven worden met de hand geoogst, geperst en gedurende 3 weken gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen tanks met temperatuurregeling en regelmatig gepompt. Daarna rijpt hij 8 maanden in eikenhouten vaten, waardoor hij dicht en perfect is voor wijnliefhebbers. Je kunt je drank ook maximaal een kwartier beluchten om elke vorm van reductie aan te kunnen.

    Getrouwd door miljoenen en met zulke hoge waarderingen is deze verrukkelijke wijn het toppunt van evenwichtige smaak. Inderdaad, elke sommelier zal graag getuigen van zijn productie. Vis, varkensvlees, gevogelte en pizza zijn uitzonderlijk wanneer ze samen met dit meesterwerk worden geserveerd. Niettemin passen alle oliehoudende vis- en vleesgerechten perfect bij deze stellaire drank.
