    Het aankoopproces en de productkeuze zijn goed, maar de bezorgservice met UPS is ellendig. Ik zal helaas niet meer kopen vanwege de bezorging door UPS die zich nooit aan datum/tijd houdt en een vals excuus geeft dat ze afwezig zijn terwijl ik er was en een vrije dag heb genomen om er te zijn.

    Opgericht in 1928 door Don Valentín Bianchi in San Rafael en vervolgens uitgebreid door zijn zoon Enzo in de loop van de 20e eeuw, is Bodegas Bianchi een van de meest prestigieuze wijnhuizen in de wijnregio Mendoza. De wijngaarden van het bedrijf strekken zich uit over ongeveer 400 hectare, voornamelijk gelegen in de regio's San Rafael en de Uco-vallei.

    De 100% Malbec druiven worden met de hand geoogst van de San Rafael wijngaarden in het Mendoza wijngebied. 50% van de wijn rijpt 12 maanden in Frans eikenhout (20% van de 1e passage en 80% van de 2e en 3e).

    Bianchi Particular Malbec is een wijn met een intense en dieprode kleur met lichte tinten die neigen naar paars. Het aromatisch profiel is complex met aroma's van rijp donker fruit (vooral zwarte kersen, bramen en pruimen) en zoete specerijen. Er zijn tonen die doen denken aan chocolade en rook, afkomstig van de houtrijping. In de mond is de wijn fris en volumineus. Zoals alle grote Malbecs toont hij een goed gestructureerde body en een krachtig maar soepel karakter. Het is een elegante wijn met fluweelzachte tannines en goed uitgebalanceerde zuren. De afdronk is lang en herinnert aan de aroma's van de neus. Probeer hem bij gegrild vlees.
