    Het aankoopproces en de productkeuze zijn goed, maar de bezorgservice met UPS is ellendig. Ik zal helaas niet meer kopen vanwege de bezorging door UPS die zich nooit aan datum/tijd houdt en een vals excuus geeft dat ze afwezig zijn terwijl ik er was en een vrije dag heb genomen om er te zijn.

    De wijnlijn Bianchi IV Generation van het wijnhuis Bodegas Bianchi werd in 2021 gelanceerd om de identiteit van de vierde generatie van de familie Bianchi-Stradella volledig tot uitdrukking te brengen. De lijn omvat twee wijnen die de pure uitdrukking zijn van het unieke karakter van de wijnstokken en het terroir van het domein.

    De 100% Malbec druiven worden zorgvuldig geselecteerd en met de hand geoogst in het Los Chacayes gebied in het Uco Valley wijngebied van Mendoza. De wijn rijpt 12 maanden in Frans eikenhout (50% in vaten van de eerste passage, 50% in vaten van de tweede passage).

    Gran Malbec is een rode wijn met een intense kleur, gekenmerkt door paarsachtige tinten aan de randen. In de neus onthult hij levendige fruitige tonen van braam en aalbes, gevolgd door bloemige en kruidige aroma's. Op de afdronk zijn er tertiaire aroma's van chocolade en vanille door de houtrijping. Het is een frisse en zachte wijn, levendig en rond. Hij toont al het fascinerende karakter van Malbec met een geconcentreerde smaak en een belangrijke structuur. De tannines zijn zoet en fluweelzacht. De afdronk is lang en complex. Probeer het met Portobello champignon steak of Beef Chili.
