Ik bestel regelmatig wijn bij jullie. De wijn werd altijd mooi verpakt en zonder problemen geleverd.Jullie hebben een geweldig assortiment! Ik vind de thematische meldingen in de e-mail erg leuk. Even een opmerking: het is mij twee keer overkomen dat ik een bestelling met mijn creditcard heb betaald, maar dat de betaling zelfs na twee dagen nog niet aan de bestelling was gekoppeld.

Ongelooflijk snelle en efficiënte service! Ik zou graag e-mails van hen ontvangen over hun aanbod van verzamelbare flessen en eventuele wijzigingen in dit aanbod. Vooral als ze toewijzingen krijgen van wijnen die moeilijker te verkrijgen zijn (zoals de Tolpuddle).

Vervoer. In de 21e eeuw is UPS, in tegenstelling tot DPD en ZÁSILKOVNA, een garagebedrijf waar je de hele dag op moet wachten. Bij DPD weet ik ’s ochtends binnen een tijdsbestek van een uur precies wanneer ze komen !!!!
