    Vivaltus is het nieuwe project van de familie Yllera in de Ribera del Duero, in samenwerking met Jean-Claude Berrouet, al 40 jaar wijnmaker van Chateau Petrus, en zijn zoon Jeff Berrouet. Het bedrijf produceert kwaliteitswijnen met druiven van oude wijngaarden, waaronder Fuentenebro en La Aguilera, op hoogtes tussen 800 en 1000 meter, op klei-graniet- en kalksteen- en klei-zandgrond die een grote complexiteit en frisheid bevorderen.

    La Fleur Vivaltus is een wijn op basis van Tempranillo met kleine toevoegingen van Cabernet Sauvignon en Merlot. Elk perceel wordt apart gevinifieerd, waarbij alleen de zwaartekracht wordt gebruikt om de druiven te verplaatsen. De gisting vindt plaats in staal om de frisheid van de rassenaroma's te behouden. De wijn rijpt vervolgens 9 maanden in Franse eiken vaten en eivormige vaten.

    Elegant en fris, onthult deze wijn een levendig aromatisch profiel met intense fruitige en florale tonen. In de mond is hij verfrissend en geconcentreerd met zijdeachtige tannines en een goede body. Het is een voortdurend evoluerende wijn die aangenaam klaar is om nu te drinken, maar die met veel elegantie kan verouderen. Eindigend in een lange en verfijnde afdronk. Een aanrader bij gebraden lamsvlees.
