Terredora di Paolo is a modern winery with a deep history rooted in Campania, dedicated to the traditions, people and culture of the Southern Italian region. Established in 1978, Terredora di Paolo has been pivotal in reviving many of the area’s native grape varieties like Aglianico, Fiano, Greco and Falanghina.

The 494 acres of privately owned vineyards are nestled in the hills of Irpinia, sandwiched between the Sabato and Calore rivers. Rich in limestone and clay, the volcanic soils along with the dry, continental climate give the wines of Terredora true Campania character. Utilizing present day technology in the cellar and vineyard, Terredora is able to produce some of Southern Italy’s most celebrated wines.

The Greco grape variety is indigenous to Southern Italy and widely planted throughout Campania. Known for having elevated acidity, the Terredora Greco delivers a fresh and zippy white wine that pairs perfectly with a variety of foods and warm days. The nose is greeted with tree fruits like apple and pear with wet stone, honey and almond. On the palate is salinity, creamy lemon, grapefruit, and a hint of dried thyme. Enjoy with salads, grilled vegetables, poultry and seafood dishes.
