    Het aankoopproces en de productkeuze zijn goed, maar de bezorgservice met UPS is ellendig. Ik zal helaas niet meer kopen vanwege de bezorging door UPS die zich nooit aan datum/tijd houdt en een vals excuus geeft dat ze afwezig zijn terwijl ik er was en een vrije dag heb genomen om er te zijn.

    Deze Zuid-Afrikaanse witte wijn is stralend heldergeel van kleur en barst van de tonen van citroenschil, rotsachtige mineraliteit en steenvruchten, zoals nectarine en perzik. Het is een wijn met textuur, gemaakt van 100% Sauvignon Blanc geoogst van 42 verschillende percelen die groeien op een combinatie van zandsteen van de majestueuze Tafelberg en graniet.

    Het Constantia landgoed is bijna synoniem aan de grote Kaapse wijnen en wordt genoemd in de literatuur van vele grote schrijvers, zoals Jane Austen, Alexandre Dumas en Charles Dickens. Na een periode van rust kwam het landgoed in 1986 weer tot leven en werd het opnieuw erkend als een van de beste wijnmakerijen ter wereld, waarbij het meerdere jaren achtereen prijzen won van Decanter en South Africa Report.

    De Klein Constantia Sauvignon Blanc vertoont een intense reeks smaken, van staalachtige mineraliteit tot weelderig tropisch fruit. Het is een verheven Kaapse smaak van topklasse, met een helder karakter en een lange, dorstlessende afdronk. Ideaal voor liefhebbers van rijpe citrussmaken, met subtiele hints van kruiden en mineraliteit. Combineer deze wijn met zomerse salades, vis of romige kaas.
