I buy from here from time to time as they have some favourite wines that it's difficult to source elsewhere. Acceptable prices and well packaged. My only reason for not giving five stars is that the delivery date never is the date given at check-out. Always a few days later. So take the delivery date with a pinch of salt.

he Vajra family have been farming in ​Bricco delle Viole in Barolo since the 1880s, but it was only in the 1960s that the young Aldo Vajra breathed new life into the family business. This pioneering winemaker went on to acquire the region’s very first organic certification and also helped to revive the ancient Freisa grape which had largely been forgotten. Today the estate is run by Aldo and his children who have a total of 40 hectares under vine.
