    Wijnen van de Vina Aquitania

    Geschiedenis

    Met een prachtige ligging direct onder het majestueuze Andesgebergte in de ongerepte Maipo-vallei van Chili werd Vina Aquitania in 1990 opgericht door twee bekende Bordeaux-wijnmakers, Bruno Prats en Paul Pontallier, en hun Chileense vriend, Felipe de Solminihac. Het project begon met 18 hectare grond in de Quebrada de Macul, waar ze aanvankelijk voornamelijk Cabernet Sauvignon aanplantten, samen met een beetje Merlot en Carmenere.
